If a customer asks to add more users, you can edit the number of assistants in the partner-admin portal.

Adding more Assistants to an account may result in additional charges as only 2 assistants are included in the base price. This will depend on your company’s agreement with heyLibby.

Steps

1. Navigate to /partner-admin/user-management
2. Find the user who’s account you would like to adjust and select View Details
3. Click on the agent icon next to “Assistant Limit”
4. Enter in the number of Assistants you would like to enable
5. Click Update (note you may need to refresh the page to see the new number reflected)
