In the Convo Options at the bottom of the page are more advanced settings. You generally will not need these, but can be useful in more advanced or unusual scenarios.
You can see these by clicking the “Show Options” toggle on at the bottom of that page:

After you select this, you will see the following options:

Descriptions of what each option does is available in the tooltip for each item. Below is also a summary:
- Custom Rules: This is a part of the prompt we pass to your Libby. The standard one works in most cases, though you may want to create your own for more advanced scenarios. For example, if your business name is Rod Stewart Plumbing but you have no association with the celebrity Rod Stewart, you may find that Libby incorrectly incorporates information about the celebrity. You can avoid this by explicitly adding “Rod Stewart Plumbing has no affiliation with the celebrity.”
- Creativity: This determines how creative Libby will be in their responses. A lower value makes Libby more predictable and straightforward (but a bit more boring/robotic.) For most cases, a value of 0 or 0.5 is appropriate.
- Custom qualification instructions: This overrides the standard way in which Libby determines if a customer is qualified or not. (The qualification value is saved by Libby for each contact.) For example, you can say, “The customer is only qualified if they are interested in rug cleaning as that is the only service we provide.”
- Custom summary instructions and Custom Next Steps instructions: This impacts the summary and next steps determined by Libby after each conversation. For example for the summary, you may want to ask Libby to only include specific information, or to perform a price calculation based on the information provided. For the next steps, you may to guide Libby on how long of a description you want for the recommended next steps.
Note the advanced options are quite powerful, and we recommend testing your Libby with a few conversations to make sure they work as you intend.
