This covers the Basic Info settings for your Libby:
Enter in the business name that you use with your customers. This business name will be externally visible to your end-users on your chatbot and used by Libby in the conversation.
For the Service, we have 100+ templates that you can search for and select. The template auto-populates typical questions and facts about those businesses (you can adjust this later.). If you do not choose a pre-defined template, Libby will start with generic questions and facts which you can edit later.
