heyLibby comes with a simple and easy to use CRM:
Every customer that engages with your Libby goes into your CRM. Conversations that provide (or call from the) same phone number or email will be grouped under a unique contact.
You can also add your own contacts by clicking the “Add Contact” button.
On the main Contacts page, you can also export your contacts, sort them, or view different columns as shown below:
When you click on a contact, you will see all of the conversations with that contact, as well as the AI-generated next steps and summary as shown below
When you click on a conversation, you can see the whole transcript. For phone calls, you can also listen to the phone call as shown below:
If you receive a lot of contacts, a best practice for managing them is to add notes to them (see below) and also set the Status field. You can then add the Status field to the overall contacts view so you know which ones require your attention.
