Basic users can set up their assistant to respond from an email address configured in their email settings. The email address will have the domain “@help247.ai”.

Using a custom domain
Plus subscribers also use their own domain name (for example: [email protected]) as long as they use one of the following email providers: Google, Microsoft, or Apple.
There are a few steps to setting up an email with your own domain name that works with heyLibby.
- Have the customer create the email in their own system. In most cases, this should be a new email address. (Note it should not be an email that the customer plans to respond to outside of heyLibby.)
- Send an email to [email protected] with “Custom Email Domain Request” in the subject and include the following information about the customer:
- Customer’s email (this should be the email used for their account.)
- The email the customer wants heyLibby to respond on behalf of (for example, “[email protected])
- The email provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple).
- Once you provide this, a member of the heyLibby team will engage the customer and cc you re: steps they need to take. (It takes only a few minutes on the customer side to set up the forwarding on their system.)
