On this page, you can edit the email address that Libby responds to and edit the footer that appears at the bottom of each email.
For Plus users, you can use your own domain name. This option currently requires that you use one of the following email providers: Microsoft, Google, or Apple/iCloud.
Using your own domain name takes a few quick steps. First you need to create an email on your email system. Note this should not be an email that you want to respond to, as that may cause conflict with how LIbby responds.
Once you create an email on your email system, let us know via [email protected] and we’ll take the necessary steps on our side and provide the final steps for you to finish the set up process (takes about five minutes.)
For the email signature (see below), you can include links, images, special formatting, or anything else to make the email fit your style. We also recommend including your heyLibby chat url and your heyLibby phone number to make the best use of the whole system.
