This covers the Knowledge page in your Assistant Settings.

The knowledge page is where you can enter details about your business that Libby will use throughout the conversation to answer questions and assist customers. The more details you provide, the better that Libby can help! You can include your website link or list out any important information, including answers to commonly asked questions.

Website

You can include a website which your Libby will analyze and use when conversing with people. If you put in a website and then click Save, it will start the analysis process (takes about a minute) and let you know if it’s successful.

Note: Libby does not continually analyze your website - so if it changes and you want Libby to reflect those changes, you will need to get Libby to analyze it again. To do that, simply remove the website from this page, save it, and then add it back and save it again.

Other info

You can add any details in this section that you want Libby to know to better assist your leads and customers. You can include details like services, pricing, your background, business hours and many other things. You can type in one or many details into the input box separating each detail by a line break. Each detail will be entered as its own row in the table below. They can be entered as statements or questions and answers.
