For Plus users, we provide an API where you can initiate an outbound call to any phone number from your Libby.

With the API, you can also include the name of the customer calling and any other information for Libby to know (useful if you want to call the customer in response to them filling out a form.).

You can also customize the questions Libby will ask, overriding the questions set in your conversation options.

Conversations will be saved in your heyLibby CRM, and will include any of the customer details you submitted via the API.
