On this page, you can change the area code, voice, intro message, and the audio sound that plays while Libby is thinking.

Setting an area codes via this page is currently limited to just the US and Canada. However, if you want an area code from a different country, let us know via [email protected] and we’ll let you know if we can get you a number from that country.

Note re: the phone language: Libby can only speak in one of 20 languages. If you want the phone to work in Spanish for example, you should write the phone intro in Spanish and set this dropdown in Spanish.

Regardless of how you set your phone language, your Libby will still be able to speak dynamically in 100+ languages via chat, text, and email.

Plus users can also have Libby respond via text to the same heyLibby phone number. Setting up texting takes between 1-2 weeks as the wireless carriers need to approve of each number and business using it. Let us know via [email protected] if you want to set up your Libby for texting.
