Here, you can define how you want to be notified when someone engages with your Libby. You can be notified via email and/or text. For texting, you can provide an SMS or WhatsApp number from up to 20 countries.
You can also choose if you want to be notified for all conversations or just qualified customers. A customer is qualified if they provide contact information, express an interest in your service, and don’t fit any of the disqualification criteria (for example, if they are located in Los Angeles and you only provide your service in Seattle.)
Note you can also adjust the qualification criteria in the advanced options.
On this page, you can also see your Zapier id which you will need if you want to send your conversations to another application (like Google sheets or a CRM). The link on this section also provides a visual step by step guide on how to do this.
